Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE)

LAWYERS RECENTLY ASSESSED AN MCLE LATE FEE: To establish full compliance for the 2021-22 MCLE reporting period, all CLE educational requirements must first be reported in the online MCLE annual report. Upon submission of all required CLE credits, a payment button will appear on the main reporting menu, allowing payment online by credit or debit card. Full compliance will generate a separate email to the email address on file with The Missouri Bar, confirming that compliance for the 2021-22 MCLE reporting year has been established. Please note that failure to establish full compliance by Sept. 30, 2022, will result in the assessment of an additional $50 late fee, with an increase of $50 assessed at the conclusion of each successive month in which compliance has not been established, up to $500.

ATTENTION LAWYERS WITH MCLE DEFICIENCY PLANS: Lawyers who filed timely MCLE deficiency plans have until Sept. 30, 2022, to complete all CLE activities and file their online Annual Reports to avoid assessment of the $250 retroactive late fee.
