1. 2016 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board and Mr. Erik Bergmanis welcomed the newly elected members of The Missouri Bar Board of Governors.
2. Nomination and Election of the 2016-2017 President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Eric Wulff nominated Ms. Dana Tippin Cutler. Ms. Tricia Scaglia seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Tippin Cutler was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Ms. Tippin Cutler took the chair.
3. Nomination and Election of the 2016-2017 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Joe Rice nominated Ms. Nancy Mogab. Ms. Karen McCarthy seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Mogab was elected by acclamation.
4. Nomination and Election of the 2016-2017 Vice-President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Max Mitchell nominated Mr. Ray Williams. Ms. Genevieve Frank seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Williams was elected by acclamation.
5. Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District—Robert Buckley; Southern District— Hon. Charles Curless; Eastern District—John Gunn.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
