SCOPE

The Practice and Procedures Division provides lawyers interested in the rules, regulations and procedures governing the state’s courts and offers them opportunities to improve the laws, rules, regulations and procedures governing our state’s judicial system. The division encourages ongoing monitoring and modification of the various rules, procedures and regulations governing our courts.  Lawyers who wish to increase their level of expertise in and knowledge of procedural issues, grow professionally, gain valuable leadership experience, and network with other lawyers in their field from across the state should consider joining the committees included in the Practice and Procedures Division.
