Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. has a need for a full-time attorney for its Litigation Department.

This is a temporary position for six to nine months working closely with the eDiscovery and legal case teams to ensure electronic discovery is completed efficiently and defensibly.

We seek a candidate with the demonstrable ability and strong desire to thrive in a team environment that provides excellent client service.

This position will pay a competitive hourly rate. This is a contract position with the potential opportunity for an extension.


Job responsibilities:
• Supervise and quality control document reviews.
• Evaluate issues on privilege.
• Assist with managing project teams.
• Oversee privilege logging and review.
• Initial analysis of documents to help advise on best workflows using advanced Relativity features.
• Supplement case team by providing additional oversight, expertise, and help with managing documents and drafting of review protocols.
• Utilize advanced Relativity functions to locate relevant documents needed by case teams.


Qualifications:
• 2+ years of practice handling litigation matters.
• E-discovery experience with working knowledge of Relativity preferred.
• Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management, and a detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Juris Doctor degree (JD) and must be a member of the Missouri State Bar.
