The attorney will handle all aspects of employment litigation practice, including settlement negotiations, petition drafting, discovery, and motions, as well as trial preparation and trial in both first and second chair positions.

The attorney must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate appropriate initiative when making decisions. Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently are essential to this position.

Applicants must be motivated, organized self-starters with a solid work ethic who can thrive on accurate, efficient multitasking. The willingness to embrace working in a high-energy, team-oriented environment is necessary.

Applicants must have at least two years of litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in Missouri and/or Kansas.

A starting salary of $50,000/year plus a monthly bonus based on office productivity and a case-by-case discretionary bonus are also paid monthly.
