Must be licensed and in good standing in Missouri. This position does require appearing in family court. Prior experience in family law is not required.

A remote hybrid schedule is available based on required court appearances (two days in office; one day home or three days in office; two days home based on court schedule).

Position can be part-time or full-time or may start part-time with goal of working up over time.
Attorney will assist on other cases while building their own manageable caseload.
Attorney will have some flexibility with work schedule in order to work around any personal commitments outside the office. If Atttorney does not have mediation or Guardian ad Litem training then such training will be provided by the firm.

We have a small collaborative environment that supports families in and out of the office.
