Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents, including briefs, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conducting legal research to support your cases and providing recommendations to clients.
• Verifying background information concerning work history and product exposures, obtaining records, preparing affidavits and other documents.
• Representing clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborating with the legal team to develop case strategies and execute litigation plans.
• Maintaining a thorough and organized record of case materials and documents.
• Providing exceptional client service and support throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Passed the bar and admitted to practice law.
• 2-5 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on plaintiff representation.
• Experience preparing motion responses in state and federal courts.
• Appellate experience and judicial clerkships are a plus.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.

Skills:
• Persistence, thoroughness, high attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possess savvy investigative skills to gather pertinent information.
