What You’ll Do

•Manage personal injury and family law matters from intake to resolution, including pre-litigation, discovery, and trial.
•Draft clear and persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
•Conduct legal research and formulate case strategies to maximize client outcomes.
•Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
•Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and opposing counsel.
•Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to efficiently manage active caseloads.
•Stay current on developments in Missouri law and applicable legal trends.


What We’re Looking For

•JD from an accredited law school.
•Active license to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license is a plus).
•1–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury and/or domestic law preferred.
•Strong courtroom presence with excellent negotiation and trial skills.
•Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
•A client-first mindset and dedication to achieving positive case outcomes.
