Litigation associates at the firm assist partners in the defense of personal injury, property damage, and employment cases, as well as insurance coverage litigation.
Job duties include drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, taking depositions, preparing motions, and arguing before trial and appellate courts, reporting to clients, and helping to prepare cases for trial.
