Is my credit card information secure?
All credit card information is secured by SSL Encryption. The Missouri Bar does not maintain your credit card information on file.
Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?
You will receive confirmation by email as soon as you submit your order. The email used will be the one that you have provided for your membership profile with the Supreme Court and The Missouri Bar.
How and when are orders shipped?
Although you should allow two weeks for delivery, most books and supplements are in stock and are sent out within two working days. Orders are shipped by UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.
When I order a deskbook, does it include the current supplement or do I need to order that separately?
When you order a deskbook from The Missouri Bar, your purchase includes the current supplement.
Are deskbooks supplemented every year?
The Missouri Bar supplements its deskbooks on an as-needed basis.
When supplements are published, are they automatically sent to lawyers who have already purchased the deskbook?
No. All lawyers who have purchased a deskbook will receive an email notifying them that a supplement has been published and explaining how to order the supplement.
I ordered a book that I already have. May I return it?
Return privileges apply on all print books and supplements. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a print book or supplement, simply return it in an undamaged, unmarked condition within 30 days. Your money will be refunded promptly. No refunds are available for electronic products or when the envelope with the CD-ROM enclosed with a print book has been opened. MoBarCLE will gladly exchange or replace defective products.
I purchased a deskbook recently and now a new edition has been published. Can I exchange my book for the new book?
If we update a publication within 90 days of your purchase, you can apply your initial purchase price toward the new price. You just pay the difference plus shipping on the difference. You keep both publications for the difference in cost of the new one plus shipping.
