President’s and Chief Justice’s Opening Night Reception

Relationship-building and camaraderie begin in the relaxed, casual atmosphere of the Annual Meeting’s first reception, offering an early glimpse of the networking opportunities that are the hallmark of the gathering. The reception features delicious hors d’oeuvres, a host of beverage choices, and plenty of seating to welcome attendees and offer an opportunity to connect with friends old and new.

In addition, the reception’s 8 p.m. conclusion leaves plenty of time for registrants to continue an enjoyable evening or meal at any of Springfield’s venues.

Always the highlight of the Annual Meeting, this year’s Best of Missouri Reception will take place at Hammons Field, home of the Springfield Cardinals (St. Louis Cardinals Double-A affiliate).

Just a little more than a block away from the venue hosting the many meetings, programs, and activities of the Annual Meeting and Judicial Conference, this reception will feature an array of delicious culinary delights and beverages and offers attendees the chance to “swing for the fences” during an on-field home run hitting contest.

 Not ready to call it a night? No problem! The Young Lawyers’ Section of The Missouri Bar will once again sponsor a post-Best of Missouri event for those interested in continuing the evening’s fun. The event will take place at Best of Luck Beer Hall.
