The Board of Governors met to appoint the diversity delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Three candidates were nominated, including Honorable Richard B. Teitelman, David Ma and Nicole Colbert-Botchway. After electronic voting, Nicole Colbert-Botchway was elected to serve a two-year term.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
