2009-2010 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board.

Nomination and Election of the 2009-2010 President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Patrick B. Starke nominated Mr. H. A. “Skip” Walther. Messrs. Eric J. Wulff and Stephen R. Bough seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Walther was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Mr. Walther took the chair.

Nomination and Election of the 2009-2010 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Mr. Vincent F. Igoe, Jr., nominated Mr. John S. Johnston. Ms. Nancy R. Mogab and Ms. Deanna K. Scott seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Johnston was elected by acclamation.
4.
Nomination and Election of the 2009-2010 Vice-President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Erik Bergmanis nominated Ms. Lynn Ann Vogel. Mr. John R. Gunn and Ms. Dana Tippin Cutler seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Vogel was elected by acclamation.
5.
Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District - P. Jack Brady, Southern District - Hon. Charles D. Curless, and Eastern District - Jennifer M. Joyce.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
