1. 2011 - 2012 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board.
2. Nomination and Election of the 2011 – 2012 President of The Missouri Bar:
Ms. Suzanne Bradley nominated Ms. Lynn Whaley Vogel. Mr. Joe Rice seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Vogel was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Ms. Vogel took the chair.
3. Nomination and Election of the 2011 – 2012 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Erik Bergmanis nominated Mr. Patrick Starke. Ms. Suzanne Bradley seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Starke was elected by acclamation
4. Nomination and Election of the 2011 – 2012 Vice President of The Missouri Bar:
Ms. Carol Chazen Friedman nominated Mr. P. Jack Brady. Mr. Brett Roubal seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Brady was elected by acclamation.
5. Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District—Walter Simpson; Southern District— Ray Williams; Eastern District – Dennis Capriglione.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
