1. 2010 - 2011 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board.
2. Nomination and Election of the 2010 – 2011 President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Stephen R. Bough nominated Mr. John S. Johnston. Ms. Jennifer M. Joyce seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. John S. Johnston was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Mr. Johnston took the chair.
3. Nomination and Election of the 2010 – 2011 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. H.A. “Skip” Walther nominated Ms. Lynn Ann Vogel. Ms. Genevieve M. Frank
seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Vogel was elected by acclamation
4. Nomination and Election of the 2010 – 2011 Vice President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Allan D. Seidel nominated Ms. Suzanne B. Bradley and the nomination was seconded. Mr. Brian Francka nominated Mr. Wallace Squibb and the nomination was seconded. Ms. Nancy Mogab nominated Mr. Patrick B. Starke and the nomination was seconded. There being no further nominations, the Board election was held. Mr. Patrick Starke was elected.
5. Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District - Suzanne B. Bradley; Southern District - Brett W. Roubal; Eastern District - Reuben Shelton.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
