2004 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board.

Nomination and Election of the 2004-2005 President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Lang nominated Joe B. Whisler. Messrs. Steele and Igoe seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Whisler was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Mr. Whisler took the chair.

Nomination and Election of the 2004-2005 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Ms. Cutler nominated Douglas A. Copeland. Messrs. Blanton, Hilton and Ms. Vogel seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Copeland was elected by acclamation.
4.
Nomination and Election of the 2004-2005 Vice President of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. Burke nominated C. Ronald Baird. Messrs. Harris and Bergmanis seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Baird elected by acclamation.
5.
Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District - Mr. Kapke, Southern District - Mr. Lasley, and Eastern District - Mr. Burke.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
