1. 2014 -2015 Board of Governors Election Results:
The certified results of the election were received by the Board and Mr. Jack Brady welcomed the newly elected member of The Missouri Bar Board of Governors.
2. Nomination and Election of the 2014 – 2015 President of The Missouri Bar:
Ms. Dana Tippin Cutler nominated Mr. Reuben Shelton. Mr. James Guest seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Shelton was elected by acclamation.
At this point, Mr. Shelton took the chair.
3. Nomination and Election of the 2014 -2015 President-Elect of The Missouri Bar:
Mr. John Grimm nominated Mr. Erik Bergmanis. Mr. Morry Cole seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Mr. Bergmanis was elected by acclamation.
4. Nomination and Election of the 2014 -2015 Vice President of The Missouri Bar:
Ms. Nancy Mogab nominated Mr. Dana Tippin Cutler. Mr. Nimrod Chapel and Mr. Walter Simpson seconded the nomination. There being no further nominations, the nominations were closed and Ms. Cutler was elected by acclamation.
5. Caucus and Election of the District Members of the Executive Committee:
At this point, the Board briefly recessed so that members from the three districts of the Court of Appeals could caucus and elect district members to the Executive Committee. The Board reconvened and the following results were announced: Western District— Mark Comley; Southern District— John E. Price; Eastern District— Nancy Mogab.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
